  • How can I determine how much care I need?

Our Care Support Team is often surprised how little additional support is required to help our clients make a notable move from struggling to flourishing. As part of The Personalized Care Plan our Care Support Team will help you identify the areas where a little help will yield the greatest overall benefit. Learn more about our plans.

  • How is my caregiver chosen?

Our selection process stands out from most, as we provide clients with a set of profiles to pick from based on their needs as well as their affinities and personal connections. We understand the importance of finding a good match between caregivers and clients to help establish meaningful relationships and thus foster both emotional & physical wellness.

Additionally, all caregivers in our team go through background checks and are qualified to provide first aid and CPR.

  • When are Care and Company’s services available?

Services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

  • What payment options do I have?

We accept payments through credit cards, checks and ETFs (Electronic Funds Transfer), which we often see for long-term care patients.
