To best support our clients and senior community through physically health challenges, we have created The Heal-at-Home Recovery Plan - a personalized support plan to help facilitate complete and speedier healing after surgery or hospitalization.


Based on individual needs and preferences, our care aides help with cooking, cleaning, grocery shopping, transportation to medical appointments, and assistance with medications or rehabilitation exercises. Care & Company’s Heal-at-Home Recovery Plan effectively reduces worry, anxiety and the physical strain of daily chores so our clients are free to focus on getting the rest they need to make a faster and complete recovery.

Care & Company’s Heal-at Home Plan was born out of 19+ years experience assisting our clients in their journeys of independent living. We know our clients prefer to spend as little time in the hospital as possible. The Heal-at-Home Recovery Plan was designed to help our clients avoid the return hospital visits that would occur due to injury or infection after trying to do too much too soon.


Knowing their personal, physical and household needs will be attended to, our clients are free to focus on healing.
