Meal Prep

Included in our range of Independence Support Services, Meal Preparation enables our clients to enjoy delicious, nutritious meals without the stress of cooking or cleaning up. Our caregivers can accommodate a variety of dietary needs and preferences. Grocery services can be paired with Meal Preparation to ensure simple, fresh healthy food items are always on hand.

Dog Walking

    Our laundry services are flexible and can be customized to suit our clients’ individual needs. As part of a Personalized Care Plan, our Care Support Team will create a laundry schedule that supports each client’s independent living goals. If needs change due to injury or illness we will work to accommodate changes ensuring our clients’ have the laundry and housekeeping support they require.

  • Can you accommodate dietary restrictions or preferences for meal preparation?

    Absolutely. We understand the importance of supporting our clients’ specific dietary requirements for optimal health or recovery from illness. Our caregivers are guided by a client’s Personalized Care Plan so they will be kept up-to-date on any changes and will have support to ensure all restrictions or preferences are being met.
