  • Can I customize the care plan according to my loved one's preferences and changing needs?

    Absolutely. At Care & Company, we know each of our clients has unique preferences and changing care needs. Our Personalized Care Plans provide our caregivers with a clear outline of each client’s specific challenges and requests.


    Our wide selection of customizable Independence Support Services provides our clients with flexible solutions and peace of mind knowing they will be well supported should they require additional care in the case of illness or injury.

  • How are your caregivers trained and qualified to provide in-home care?

    While many members of our Care Support Team have formal training as LPNs and Home Care Aides (HCAs) others have received in-house training for non-medical roles like Companion Care.


    Additionally, Care & Company has developed our own internal caregiver training to help fill in the gaps between technical theory and the art of providing excellent client-centred care.


    Our Care Support Team is committed to growth and learning. Throughout the year, we partner with occupational therapists, RNs, physiotherapists and other community care professionals to ensure our care staff are continuously challenged and encouraged in their own professional development.
